60's MORDEN HIGH SCHOOL REUNION

Well this past weekend is over and what a weekend it was. The turn out for our High School Reunion was fantastic.
We had a blast or at least I think we did from what I can remember. Some of the faces have changed but all the personalities and spirits were just the same as back in the 60's.
From what I gather the organizing committee did a great job.
The weather was "hot" I meet 100 degrees farenheit. Have to use the old temperature rating cause we're back in the 60's.
Two of my best buds from the 60's were both there. Ed Lumgair from Sackville New Brunswick and Rick Hill from Victoria B.C. Rick used to play drums in a band with me back in the 60's and I presented him with an old poster we used to use for our band "THE GROWING CONCERN".(see photo)
Hugh Lumgair and I had to do the MC ing for the stage and went out as the Viagra Brothers. (see photo)
The old gang hadn't seen each other in 40 plus years and we all had to do a lot of catching up.
The beer flowed endlessly with the hot and humid air in the arena.
No doubt there will be more posts about this reunion.
The Hotels and Motels in Morden were filled with reunion guests. The golf course, beach, museums, and shops were filled with visitors.
We had an official photgrapher who spent the weekend taking our photos. A CD of these photos is available for $10.The cheerleaders from the 60's even got together and performed on Saturday night.
It was a lot of work to put it together but was it worth it??? You Bet!!! Every smile, every tear, every glimpse from the past was something that money can't buy.
Thanks to all those people who travelled all those miles to return to Morden this weekend.
The 60's gang still "ROCK"!
